I have tried to upload my photo (jpeg) but the site won't read it saying it is not supported. Thank You

Hello Mr. Briggs,

If you need to change information in your profile (i.e. email address, password, agency info, newsletter subscription, etc.), you can do so by logging into your profile page. Please log into your membership and go to

Select where it says to “upload photo” and select your profile picture. Your JPG image should work fine.
